Confidentiality

Why blind listings matter

The single biggest fear owners have about selling is that staff, clients, or competitors will find out before they’re ready. A leaked sale can cost real clients and rattle a team. That’s why confidentiality isn’t a feature here — it’s the foundation.

Every listing is anonymized. There’s no firm name, no street address, and no detail specific enough to identify you. Buyers see the shape of the opportunity — revenue band, service mix, region, and financial profile — but not who you are. Your identity is released only after you personally approve a pre-qualified buyer and both sides sign a non-disclosure agreement.

You decide who learns your practice is for sale, and when. Nobody sees your identity until you say so.

Why it works

A better way to transition a practice — for both sides

Practice sales today run through brokers charging 8–12%, or word of mouth that never reaches the right buyer. We replace both with a confidential, standardized, self-serve marketplace.

01

Keep your commission

A flat monthly listing fee instead of 8–12% at close. On a typical firm, that's tens of thousands of dollars you keep.

02

Confidential by design

Listings are anonymized. Your identity stays masked until you approve a pre-qualified buyer and both sign an NDA.

03

Financials that compare

Every listing follows the same template — gross revenue, cash flow, multiple, recurring mix — so buyers evaluate fast.

04

Tools to close

Sample purchase agreements, due-diligence checklists, NDAs, and financing partners built into the deal from day one.

Questions

Process questions

How long does it take to sell a practice?

It varies by size, price, and location, but a well-priced, well-documented listing typically attracts qualified interest within weeks. You control the pace and who you engage.

Do I have to use your contracts?

No. We provide sample purchase agreements and checklists as a starting point, but you and your attorney can use any documents you prefer.

What if I want help negotiating?

An optional concierge tier connects you with transition specialists for hands-on support — without a full brokerage commission.

Can I stay on after the sale to help transition clients?

Yes. Transition terms are between you and the buyer; many deals include a defined handoff period to protect client retention.
